Terry Ward, MNDOT Bridge Project Director, will talk about the new bridge for Winona and the restoration of the historic 1940s current bridge; aboard the Cal Fremilng on Wednesday October 29, 4:30 - 6 p.m. Tickets are $20 or $15 for members and are available at the History Center for call us to charge by phone.
